Panel Plus panels are laminated with melamine-impregnated paper and pressed in a hot press using controlled temperature, pressure, and pressing time. The melamine resin melts and bonds permanently to the panel surface, forming Melamine Faced Board (MFB). PURPLE CORE technology minimizes formaldehyde emissions to be below 0.3 mg/L. This is five times lower than normal grade panels (E1) and will significantly reduce indoor air pollutants to improve air quality and support respiratory health.
