In 1983, James Dyson invented the world’s first bagless vacuum cleaner. The DC01 was the first vacuum cleaner to maintain 100% of suction 100% of the time.
Today, their machines are sold in more than 65 countries around the world. Dyson engineers and scientists in Britain, Singapore, and Malaysia are dedicated to inventing and improving their machines. They are drawn from a broad spectrum of disciplines: fluid dynamics, robotics, acoustics, electronics, and microbiology to name but a few. Each one is an expert in their field. Working together, they ensure their machines outperform others and that they’re built to last.
Locally, there is an Australian based Dyson Customer Care team on hand seven days a week to provide advice or assistance. The New Zealand Customer Care team is available Monday – Friday.
