Products and services that carry the Sensitive Choice blue butterfly have been reviewed and approved by an independent expert panel and includes hundreds of products around the world – everything from bedding, building products, cleaning agents, air purifiers, vacuum cleaners, and even shampoo and conditioners. The program also encourages manufacturers and suppliers to produce products and services that are asthma and allergy friendly.
Importantly, funds raised by the Sensitive Choice program contribute to research and education led by the National Asthma Council to reduce the health, social and economic impacts of asthma and allergies both in Australia and overseas.
After promoting the Pollen Count and Forecast service on our website and social media platforms for several years, the National Asthma Council Australia’s Sensitive Choice program has partnered directly with Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne Pollen Counts and Forecast Services to help you live better with asthma and allergies.
Working together Sensitive Choice and the Pollen Forecast Service will provide the latest information from both Sensitive Choice and the Pollen Forecast Service, and we will be developing a webinar that will help educate more Australia’s about the importance of managing your asthma and allergies.
Download the Pollen Forecast Services app for daily pollen and weather warnings updates and forecasts for Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne.
