Families who live in the north or west of Melbourne can access free education and support for their children aged 1-17yrs with the cohealth and DPV Health Community Asthma Program. 

Asthma Educators can support you to understand your asthma goals and provide support to: 

• identify triggers 
• understand medication and asthma devices 
• know when to go to a GP, hospital or call 000 
• understand and follow your child’s asthma action plan
• talk to your child’s school, childcare or GP

The program can offer home visits, clinic appointments, or telehealth. Free interpreters are available.
